INGREDIENTS

Skinless Tomato Puree  2 cups

Minced Garlic  11/2 Tbsp.

Egg  1

Boiled Mashed Potato  1

Plain Flour  2 cups

Olive Oil  3 Tbsp.

Oregano  1 Tsp.

Nutmeg  ½ Tsp.

Black Pepper and Salt

Finely chopped Parsley and Parmesan

Cheese for garnishing
