CIRCUIT TRAIN AT HOME: NO MORE EXCUSES
As Nepali citizens we are entitled to engulf a pile of sweets and sel-rotis during the Tihar holidays; without remorse moreover. However, we’re not spared from the consequences of our gluttony: a nice new layer of fat and a few kilos added on to the weighing scale. Although we’ve learned to live with it, it is best to deal with the added fat as soon as possible.
So before you start piling on even more fat, here is a simple circuit you can perform at home to help stave off the fat. Sadly you won’t be able to make any excuses about not having time to go to the gym because all you need is 21 minutes to morph into a cardio beast.
Execution: Get your heart pounding by performing 3 cycles of this circuit. Perform each workout for 30 seconds before moving on to the next workout. Take rests of 5 seconds between every workout and 5 seconds between every cycle.
