INTRODUCTION TO CROSS FIT TRAINING
Have you ever felt like you’ve been slaving yourself at the gym for months, even years, and haven’t yet seen your desired results? Or do you want functionality in every part of your body and not just be able to lift a ton of weight or run 10kms in 30 minutes?
We don’t have to go hunting our food, but it’s still a good idea to be able to tackle things that life throws at us. CrossFit gets you more than ready. It gets you fit and ripped by pushing your body with a range of workouts ranging from difficult to borderline insane. They test the limits of your strength, speed and endurance. CrossFit has not yet picked up in Nepal, but it has a decent following in other parts of the world. There is also the CrossFit games that take place every summer since 2007. Here are a few beginners’ WODs* that you can try out without using weights.
