SUMMER READY WITHOUT A GYM MEMBERSHIP
It was fun keeping that fat covered up under all the layers this winter, but summer is right around the corner. Are you ready to unveil those abs when the summer sun emerges? If not, TNM has got you covered.
However, not all of us have the time to go to the gym. But that is no excuse to slump over in front of the television all day. There are plenty of things that you can do at home to keep in shape without spending too much money. As always, it is necessary to pair the workouts with a good diet to make sure you get the best results.
Pushups are great for the chest and arms, and you can do them anywhere at home. You can alter the difficulty by either increasing the number of repetitions, or introducing some variations, like clapping pushups, wade and narrow pushups, clapping pushups and inclined and declined pushups. You can also use resistance bands to work out your chests.
Core exercises are a crucial part of any exercise regimen. These exercises strengthen the body, particularly the pelvis, hip, and lower back areas. They help you flatten your abs, stabilize your back, enhance flexibility, improve balance and coordination while strengthening your entire body. The best exercises to get your core strong are crunches, reverse crunches, ball crunches, oblique crossing over crunches, air bicycling, plank, butt lifts, back extensions with ball, and many more.
