It’s not easy being single in your thirties; you’re going into the mix short on your arsenal. Your hair might be creeping away from your forehead, sucking in your gut hampers your pickup line deliveries and your confidence has faltered since the last girl you tried to chat up called you uncle.

It’s an even bigger deal to be single and 30 in our society. While western cultures expect people to fall in love and begin to think about starting families once they enter their thirties, our culture is adamant that it is already too late. Now, there was a time when you were in a serious relationship, but that ship has sailed and now you’re trying to jump back on the band wagon. We get it and respect that and it’s better than sifting through photos of virgins your mother brings you. Now, if you could better hone your skills better.

Being Driven is Sexy

sure you dress properly. After a certain age you tend to cut back on the effort you put into your appearance and resort to ill fitting clothes. Refrain from doing that, in fact put in more effort to dressing well.

Don’t be Afraid to Approach Younger Women

As the saying goes, chicks dig older men. As a youngster that might have been your Achilles Heel, but now that’s your strong suit. Sorry about that, but it is a good thing. Dating a twenty something in your thirties is the dream, and you could be living
it. Go after younger women, go after them with confidence. Don’t scare them off.

Hits and Misses

We understand the dating pool shrinks into your 30s, but keep the same motivation and drive that you had during your teenage years, before you peaked as a stud. Don’t worry about a few missed swings, keep your head up and take rejections in stride. Make sure you do things right though, we live in a small society and word travels fast. It’s one thing to be known as the guy who is good with the ladies,
and completely different to be known as the perv who chats up anything that has a pulse.

Embrace Your Thirties

Your thirties aren’t too late to get into meaningful relationships
or even some significant flings. You may find yourself able to stand out in ways that were never an option in your 20s because you have more to work with. You’ve had years to develop your strengths and downplay your weaknesses. Experience is your buddy and your wingman, go for it.
