Once the temperature starts rising it’s easy to peel off the layers of clothes that keep you warm. If only it were as easy to peel off that blubber keeps you fat. The sweaters and blazers will soon be chucked into the back of the closet and last summer’s t-shirts won’t do you any favors in hiding the winter fat.

Our suggestion is, you get going on the process of shedding the extra winter weight. One of the fastest ways to lose the fat, which we’re guessing you’re interested in, is some good old HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. Unless you’re a distant relative of the superman, this will leave you in a sweaty heaving pile of exhaustion. Just a friendly disclaimer before you get started on the routine.

Ajay Maharjan, fitness instructor at Banu’s Total Fitness walks us through the routine that he uses to help get his clients back into shape. All of these movements primarily target the core and abdominals.
